Unet Securities SC LLC (“Unet Securities”) is dedicated to safeguarding the privacy of the personal information (“Personal Information”) you share with us. By opening an account with Rhinos Investment or utilizing our products, services, and applications, you consent to the collection and use of your Personal Information as outlined in this Privacy Policy (“Policy”). We encourage you to review this Policy carefully.

This Policy is intended to inform our clients about how we handle Personal Information and applies specifically to those who provide such information to Rhinos Investment or who visit or use our trading platforms, software applications, and social media sites.

Collection of Personal Information

Rhinos Investment collects and processes Personal Information from you. This may include, but is not limited to, information:

• Provided during the Unet Securities account application process or while using any of Unet Securities’s applications (e.g., name, email address, phone number, birth date, national ID number);
• Acquired as a result of transactions conducted through Unet Securities applications.

Deletion of User Information

1. Common Provisions

This section governs the voluntary deletion of user information entered into the Unet Securities application with the user’s consent.

2. User Information

2.1 User information consists of the registration details entered by the user in the Unet Securities application with their explicit consent.

3. Managing and Modifying Personal Information

3.1 Users can manage and update their personal information through the “Profile” section in the Unet Securities application.

4. Deletion of Personal Information

Users may request the deletion of the information specified in section 2.1 that is connected to the Unet Securities application. Requests for deletion must be made either in writing or electronically.

• For account cancellation, users must visit the company in person with their electronic identity card.
• For electronic requests, users must send the deletion request from their registered email address to usecurities@unet.mn.
• A “Broker employee” will review and respond to the customer’s request within five business days.

5. Refusal to Delete Information

The user cannot request the deletion of the information of relatives, spouses, or distant connections. Any such request will be refused.

The company is obligated to retain customer information for at least five years, in compliance with Mongolian law.

Use of Personal Information

We may use your Personal Information for the following purposes (“Permitted Purposes”)

• To provide services to you as per any agreement(s) between you or your organization and Unet Securities;
• To maintain internal administrative, record-keeping, and compliance protocols;
• To respond to any requests or inquiries you may have and provide brokerage or related services;
• To pursue legitimate business interests, including the monitoring and analysis of our operations;
• To protect our property or rights, and those of others, and defend against potential claims;
• To contact you regarding features or services that may be of interest to you;
• For market research, statistical purposes, and product development;
• For preventing and detecting fraud, money-laundering, terrorism, or other illegal activities;
• To comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Sharing of Personal Information

We may share your Personal Information under the following circumstances:

• With depositories, stock exchanges, clearing or settlement systems, account controllers, and other participants in relevant systems to effect, manage, or report transactions;
• With service providers in the areas of fraud prevention, crime prevention, and financial institutions such as credit reference agencies;
• With courts, law enforcement, regulators, or legal professionals as required by law or for legal disputes.

Security of Personal Information

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure your Personal Information is confidential and secure, in compliance with relevant laws. Personal Information may be stored in our IT systems, those of our contractors, or in physical records.

Retention of Personal Information

Personal Information is retained in accordance with our internal policies, which set standards and procedures for retention, handling, and disposal. Information is kept for as long as necessary to meet legal, regulatory, and business obligations. Retention periods may be extended in cases of litigation or investigation.

Changes to this Policy

This Privacy Policy was last updated in October 2024. We reserve the right to update this Policy to reflect changes in the way we process Personal Information or in legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on our website or published by other means. The changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
